As the co-founder of Team Foster with her daughter, Moya Skillman, Tere specializes in serving clients in the greater Seattle area, including West Bellevue, Medina, Clyde Hill, Hunts Point, and Yarrow Point, with a particular focus on luxury and waterfront properties.

In 2016, Tere co-founded Avenue Properties alongside Moya and four partners. In 2018, Avenue was acquired by Compass Real Estate, where Team Foster continues to set the standard for luxury marketing and client representation.

She has served on multiple Boards of Trustees, including past president of the Bellevue Boys and Girls Club, and is a member of Forum XXII, an exclusive network of top-producing agents across the region. Before launching her career in real estate, Moya worked on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., where she gained invaluable experience in communications and strategic relationship building—skills that continue to inform her client-centered approach today.

Erin joined our team in November of 2004. She serves as Operations Director and manages the day-to-day functions of Team Foster, insuring the team provides the highest level of service to every client. In an environment that at times can be quite fast-paced, our clients greatly value Erin’s ability to get things done while paying attention to detail.

Erin has worked in real estate since September 1999. Her deep understanding of the transaction, the local real estate market, organizational skills, and her consistent customer service benefits each and every one of our clients.

Allie joined Team Foster in the winter of 2014. Serving as our Client Services Director, she plays a key role on our team ensuring immediate attention is paid to every client. Allie’s exceptional ability to foster relationships has made her an essential manager of our team. Native to the Eastside, Allie grew up nearby in Redmond and is a graduate of Seattle Pacific University where she studied communications and business. She previously worked in the tech industry for a start-up software company assisting the CEO, and also has experience ranging from land development to general real estate.

Megan rejoined our team in July of 2019. She serves as the Transaction Manager for our clients. Megan is responsible for managing every transaction as we work towards a successful close. Megan has worked in real estate since fall of 2010 and previously worked for Team Foster in the Listing Manager role for 3 years. Her knowledge of the local real estate market, organizational skills and her consistent customer service benefits each and every one of our clients. Megan is a Kirkland native and UW Grad. Megan has a second home in Alaska, where they adventure often.

Lance is originally from the Bay Area, but has called the Pacific Northwest home for the past 20 years. Prior to joining Team Foster, Lance served in a number of roles. Lance owned a residential design/build firm credited with designing projects in some of the best homes in the Seattle area and the Eastside. He also worked at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation in an executive support role. Lance provides exceptional service from finding service providers during the pre-market process, to finding household support upon move in.

Michael Orbino is the Co-Founder and Managing Broker of Team Foster Builder + Developer Services in Downtown Bellevue, bringing more than 20 years of real estate sales, marketing, and consulting experience to his clients. Recognized as Seattle King County REALTORS®’ REALTOR® of the Year—the organization’s highest honor among more than 6,000 members—Michael specializes in land development, pro forma analysis, project planning, and sales team training. His expertise serves a diverse clientele ranging from builders, developers, and investors to individuals and families seeking strategic guidance for complex real estate decisions. He holds several prestigious REALTOR® designations, including Council of Residential Specialists (CRS), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), and Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI).

A respected industry leader, Michael has served as a Director for the National Association of REALTORS® and as Federal Political Coordinator for Washington’s 1st Congressional District. His previous leadership roles include Washington REALTOR® Party IC Chairman, Seattle King County REALTORS® Vice President of Governmental Affairs, Chairman of the Washington REALTORS® Condominium Working Group, and Founding Chairman of the Young Professionals Network. He currently serves on the University of Washington Runstad Center for Real Estate Studies Advisory Board and is a member of the Urban Land Institute’s Center for Leadership. His civic involvement includes appointments to the City of Bellevue’s Affordable Housing Technical Advisory Group and King County’s Land Conservation Advisory Group.

Michael studied law, politics, and economics at the University of Washington and later completed the Executive Development Program at the Foster School of Business, focusing on organizational management, competitive strategy, and leadership. A passionate advocate for community engagement, he serves as Vice Chairman of Teach For America Washington and sits on the boards of the YMCA of Greater Seattle and the Washington Wildlife & Recreation Coalition. He has also mentored students through Bellevue School District’s VIBES program and taught financial literacy through Junior Achievement across multiple school districts.

Before his real estate career, Michael served six years in the United States Army Reserve, achieving the rank of Sergeant and completing a year of active-duty mobilization in support of Operations Noble Eagle and Enduring Freedom. As a member of the Finance Corps, he helped ensure soldier readiness and financial stability for military families during wartime deployments. His military service earned him multiple decorations and citations, including recognition as an Honor Graduate and Expert Marksman.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with family and friends and pursuing interests such as skiing, boating, reading, travel, and engaging conversations. His travels have taken him to destinations including India, Italy, Switzerland, Russia, Amsterdam, French Polynesia, and Nicaragua, with future aspirations to explore more of Asia and Africa.

Carissa began her real estate career in 2000 and has over 20 years of experience in both commercial and residential real estate. In 2010, she changed her focus to residential properties in the greater Seattle area and the Eastside. As a Seattle native, she has deep roots in this area along with a keen understanding of the local neighborhoods, schools, market conditions, zoning regulations and local economies.

Carissa had her clients in mind when she joined Compass. By aligning herself with Compass’ innovative marketing, social media, client-first philosophy and industry groundbreakers, she can truly find the best solutions for both buyers and sellers. Clients value that she guides them through the complexities of buying or selling a home, eliminating the stress and hassles that often accompany the biggest financial transaction consumers will make in their life. Carissa strives to always serve her clients with dedication and commitment to better serve them in the process of selling their homes.
